In 1993, the company was initially established as a precision machining factory of automobile and motorcycle parts in Rui'an - the well-known city of automobile and motorcycle parts in China.
In 2004, after times of transition and integration, the company was reorganized into a private joint-venture enterprise under the name of Nanjing Sanhuan Precision Forging Co., Ltd. specializing in forging and precision work.
In 2006, the company bought a land of 13340m2, and began to build new plants and the living quarters for its staff in February 2007; by September that year, the construction was completed.
